I hold an MA degree in Community Counselling (APA, SACS and CACREP, 1997) and am a member of BCACC and the American Psychological Association. I am a certified EMDR clinician, I focus on using EMDR, Poly Vagal and Deep Brain Re-Orienting theory and techniques to help individuals overcome trauma, anxiety grief, loss, and depression. I love applying neurobiology and neuroscience concepts, treatments modalities etc to my clinical counselling and learning more on how our own biology helps us move toward wholeness. I am S.A.F.E trained in EMDR and have completed my certification with EMDRIA.

I have been working within the Skin Care industry for almost a decade. I hold certifications from BC’s Beauty Safe Level 1 and Level 2. Skin Scripts certification in Seasonal Skin Success.I have done in depth training with Osmosis Beauty, Osmosis Wellness and Osmosis MD. More recently we have done training with Le Mieux Cosmetics. This company was founded in 2004 by Janel Luu and an elite team of scientists, physicians, and chemists . I love working with the skin, as an organ and using liposome delivery systems that ensure your skin is getting what it needs to glow from the dermis to the top!
